Frontline. Akemi Sato.

Close to the final concept for Akemi Sato. One of our main characters in Frontline.
You can see from the bottom, up; the very early sketches and exploration of the character, from her general attitude and expression, to her attire and color palette. Little by little getting to something that would better fit our character in this world Alejandro and I are creating and visualizing.
I also designed the "Lycoris Aurea" (Yellow spider Lily) as it is actually a medal of honor award in the Lycoris Secret Special Forces. Akemi has been given this high award, and shows it with pride as a necklace. Very few people know of the Lycoris Secret Service, so for most people, her necklace would be just a nice accessory.
Hope you like it! Still a work in progress but almost finished as a whole. Will update this same post whenever the character is complete.
